A: Our normal turn around time is 24-48 hours. However, there are times when research is more involved and requires additional time. In such cases, the person requesting the search will be notified either by telephone or by facsimile. Requests for additional information are always made by facsimile and research time depends on the client's response.

Review of counties (Zone 3) outside the nine county primary area (Zone 1 and Zone 2), or states other than Texas, may require additional charges. Rush service outside the nine county primary area is subject to agency turn-around time.

Fees for services do not include additional charges for Express Delivery, copy charges, agency fees, etc. Volume discounts can be negotiated at the time a request is made. Volume is generally defined as ten or more orders in one jurisdiction at one time.
