(1) Generals – are state and federal tax liens, abstracted judgments, abstracts of assessment, hospital liens, child support liens and other personal matters which may affect any title transaction on a subject property.

(2) Owner ID – If any owner of a property is a corporation or a partnership, information is obtained and reported to facilitate service in the event a lawsuit is the last avenue of collection.

(3) Title Report – is also known as an Owner & Encumbrance Report, a Property Report. Any report that effectively details the current ownership and all outstanding liens, personal (generals) and real property (ie: mortgages). An Owner / Lienholder report will not include generals (known also as personal liens).

(4) Property Taxes – can be included with any report. If it is noted as Add, an additional charge of $10.00 will be added to the fee to be charged, if requested as part of the search.

(5) Certified Property Taxes – require accessing a jurisdiction’s records at their physical location. We charge $40.00 for our fee + any charge assessed by the taxing jurisdiction (these range $10.00 - $25.00 and are a pass-through expense).
